Definition of Plasma
An electric arc is generated beteen the electrode tip and the base material then passes through the arc current ionizing to electron and positiveion speration, high-speed mixture, high-temperature jet air. Such jet air is called plasma and the cutting utilizing this ject air is called plasma cutter.
High-speed inverter control enables clean and smooth cutting
Small/lightweight optized fot out-door cutting
Capable of cutting all kinds of conductive material with only compressed air
Heat effective area is narrrow and has minimum heat deformation
Contact/non-contact cutting allows inexperienced staff to easily cut materials.
Capable of supplying stable cutting performance even at input voltage change
High-frequency output of 500KHz is more powerful than conventional methods but ig produces a ling, smooth arc enabling a clean cut.
CLean, un-sloped cutting plane
Minimized bottom metal adhesion after cutting
